Session Tracker V1
This Session Attendance Tracker is all you need to manage your clients, enrollments, monthly attendance trackers, and payments for each month.
The workspace consists of three primary tables/databases.
- Clients
- Enrollments
- Attendance Trackers
They all have important roles to play in order to maintain consistently incoming and outgoing clients and keep records of their sessions.
Each Tracker Row in Attendance Table represents a month's worth of attendance cells (in checkbox form). A Session Count column keeps a count of all the attended sessions and a Monthly Amount column calculates the amount payable for that month.
For ease of use, monthly records are broken into views from
Day01 - Day07, Day08 - Day14, Day15 - Day21 & Day22 - Day31, while showing the total session count for that month.
The Attendance Table also has calculated columns to display the Monthly Payable amount with additional Columns to save which client has completed their payments.
The Fees/Session is pulled from the Enrollment Table where a client's Start Date and End Date for the enrollment are maintained. For an Active Client, End Date would remain empty. When the End Date has been added, it is assumed the client has completed their enrolment.

If you have to update a fee/session for an Enrolment, don't update the existing record as it will mess up all the previous records for payments.
Instead, end the current enrolment for that client by adding an End Date to the current enrollment. Add a new enrolment record, and use the new fees/session value for this new enrollment you just created.
Then subsequently, add the attendance trackers for future months and track sessions on those records.
